My February bullet journal set-up

February 3, 2021 Filed Under: Lifestyle, Blog posts

Bonus post! I’ve been loving writing blog posts recently so I’ve decided to add some extra posts into my schedule ๐Ÿ’–

Cover

My cover for February in my bullet journal.

I get all my bullet journal inspiration from Pinterest and when I saw this cover I thought it was perfect!

Mood tracker

My February mood tracker.

I love this mood tracker and luckily February is only 28 days which is how wide my bullet journal is!

Everyday sparkles

This page of my bullet journal is for a page I like to call 'everyday sparkles'.

I’ve mentioned it before a few times but in case you are new, this is a page where I write down something I’m looking forward to each day. That could be face timing someone, a video coming out, listening to the radio etc.

Headache and water tracker

The image shows the headache and water tracker that I've drawn in my bullet journal.

I’ve been tracking how bad of a headache I have (yellow is none/tiny, orange is a moderate headache and red is a pounding headache or a migraine). I also track how many glasses of water I have a day – normally it’s around 6-7 which is kinda bad…

Study tracker

This is the study tracker that I have drawn out for this month.

I try to study everyday, even if on somedays it’s only 30 minutes.

Weekly spread

This is my weekly spread for the first week of February in my bullet journal.

So each month, I pick out a different washi tape from my collection and then that’s the theme for the month. February is hearts and the colour for the month is pink.

Since this is a bonus post, I’ve made it a bit shorter than normal but I hope you liked seeing how I’ve set up my February bullet journal!

See you on Sunday for…How to deal with change.

Best wishes Cx

OMG you made me remember I forgot bullet journalling this month. I needed to do this like 2-3 days ago. I should do it now.
You have so much pages though, I have only one for habbit tracking and second for mood tracking but I’m not doing this one on February because weather outside is quite depressing and I stay home so my mood tracking won’t be good.

This is adorable! I love the headache/water tracker. I always act like a little dummy when I get a headache then remember how much water I drank and realize it’s probably that haha! I don’t do bujos but I have a goals/affirmations journal. Thanks for sharing x

A really great idea (I love the layout too). I wonder if I could use something like this to track my migraines?! Thanks for sharing!

The mood tracker looks amazing. I get headaches frequently, so I might need to incorporate a variation of the headache and water tracker into my planner somehow. I recently bought a giant water bottle to improve my water intact each day, as I barely drank even two glasses a day before (awful I know). I love your February layout, so thank you for sharing. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Aw, thank you! I set myself water goals tho I don’t often manage them – sometimes I end up forcing myself to drink lots of water in the afternoon๐Ÿ™ˆ x

I have a little reminder on my phone, so now I automatically drink water when my phone vibrates, even if it isn’t the reminder. ๐Ÿ˜‚
