Blogmas day 2 | December bullet journal set-up

December 3, 2020 Filed Under: Blog posts, Lifestyle

I haven’t shared my bullet journal on here but I have on my Instagram. My bullet journal is what keeps me organised while letting my creative side out. So, I thought it would be fun to show you my December bullet journal spreads.

Each month, I pick a theme and try to base it off the washi tape I’m using that month. Along with a key colour to use as the titles of other pages. This month’s theme is Christmas lights, with green and red being the key colours.

Cover page

I always put a little bit extra pressure on myself to make December look really good, maybe because it’s the last of the year. I struggled this year to find a cover that fits my Christmas lights theme but I came across this one and loved it!

Mood tracker

Little bit obsessed with this mood tracker, I love the little lights!

Everyday sparkles

Someone asked me how to get through the days where you’re feeling really down and not wanting to get out of bed. I thought about it for a while, thinking and wondering how I got through the day, before coming to the conclusion that finding one thing a day to look forward to is what got me through the bad days. It’s 100% the thing that helped my recovery and I’m so thankful to that person who asked me. It can be something as simple as listening to the radio, which is what mine used to be.

Study tracker

Creating a study tracker each month motivates me to study more – I hate it when I have to put dashed lines on that day. Saying that, it’s completely ok to have days off and it does NOT define your worth! (something that my cousin reminded me recently <3)

Weekly spread

If you know me, you’ll know that I LOVE to-do lists! There’s just something so satisfying about ticking something off the list. Plus, I always look forward to writing out the week ahead and planning stuff in πŸ™‚
